Project Management and Quality Assurance.
WP1 is led by the project coordinator Epoka University who will undertake the crosscutting “management, monitoring, evaluation and reporting” functions. This WP will cover the overall operational and financial management and monitoring, and quality assurance and evaluation. Activities included in the first part of the work package are: developing and implementing of a project management plan (results-oriented project management, KPIs); partners coordination and conflict management by organizing periodical Consortium meetings for Operational and Financial Management, financial planning and controlling (budgeting, accounting, balancing), knowledge management and documentation (internal and external reporting, project meetings, online knowledgebase). A final project reporting will be prepared and delivered. Meanwhile the second part of this WP will focus on assuring and evaluating the project`s quality. As a first step a Quality Assurance Board will be established, and a Quality Plan developed. Internal monitoring and assessment of project activities and results will be in focus throughout the project`s life. Quality assurance and evaluation reports will be prepared annually.
