The Project Management Plan outlines the key mechanisms and frameworks for efficient project management within the COWEB Project. It serves as a guide for all consortium members to ensure seamless project execution, continuous monitoring, and control. The plan is designed to complement the Grant Agreement and Partnership Agreement and should be used in conjunction with these foundational documents.
The Benchmarking Report on EU Best Practices in Virtual Collaborative Learning (VCL) serves as a comprehensive document that outlines the findings and key takeaways from EU partners regarding virtual collaborative learning practices. This report is specifically designed to assist universities in the Western Balkans (Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina) in adopting best practices for virtual collaborative learning courses.
Deliverable 2.3, the Needs Report on Virtual Collaborative Learning (VCL) in Western Balkans Countries, serves as a critical document that identifies and examines the specific needs, challenges, and potential obstacles that Western Balkan Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) face in implementing Virtual Collaborative Learning (VCL) courses and activities.
This Deliverable is designed to demonstrate that the virtual and interactive platform selected for the project has been successfully launched and is now fully accessible to all participants. The platform serves as a central hub for all project-related activities, offering a flexible, location-independent solution that facilitates seamless communication, resource sharing, and collaboration among project members.
Deliverable D3.2 presents a comprehensive framework for e Tutor qualifications and staff training to support the effective organization and coordination of Virtual Collaborative Learning (VCL) sessions. The aim of this framework is to equip both e-tutors and academic staff with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to manage, moderate, and support virtual learning environments effectively.
The Dissemination Plan and Sustainability Strategy aims to provide a comprehensive communication and promotion strategy for the project’s activities and results. This deliverable will define the framework for internal and external communication, ensuring that project goals, funding sources, outputs, impacts, and societal relevance are effectively communicated to various stakeholders.
Deliverable 5.3 aims to enhance the visibility and communication of the project to various stakeholders, including project partners, academic institutions, students, and external audiences.
