Workshop on Augmented Collaboration in Trans-European Communities"

Technische Universität Dresden Hosts Workshop on Augmented Collaboration in Trans-
European Communities;
On September 13th, our Partner, Technische Universität Dresden, organized a community
workshop titled Augmented Collaboration in Trans-European Communities.
The workshop centered around discussions on collaboration
among Erasmus Plus project partners within the social virtual reality environment known
as TriCAT Spaces. Panel speakers from COWEB and SMART projects engaged in
conversations about challenges and opportunities for building trans-European higher
education communities in the Western Balkans region.
Key topics addressed during the workshop included:
• Sustainable design of trans-European communities
• Innovative inter and cross-cultural cooperation approaches.
• Technical and didactical prerequisites crucial for success in online communities
The primary goal was to foster synergies between the two projects, focusing on joint activities and publications. The workshop aimed to enhance the exposure and inclusion of students and academic staff in international learning and research endeavors through hybrid mobility approaches in the Western Balkan area.
Additionally, the event served as the official launch for the online training component of the SMART project and marked the commencement of the COWEB project Virtual Collaborative Learning modules. These modules will be independently conducted by project partners.
